Initial Handover of the Ain Jalut Educational Complex Project in Jeddah

The company has successfully completed all construction works for the Ain Jalut Educational Complex project, located at (DIS14) in Jeddah. The project was officially handed over to the client, the Ministry of Education, under the supervision of Tatweer Buildings Company (TBC), and in the presence of Her Excellency the Director General of Education in Jeddah Governorate, Ms. Manal Al-Luhaibi.

Spanning a total area of 7,055 m², the project features two buildings with 4 floors , a canteen, a gymnasium, a sports field, and guard quarters.
All works were executed in strict accordance with the approved timeline over a duration of 810 days, with a total investment valued at 14,883,796.40 SAR.
